Position: Staff Nurse / Industrial Clinic Nurse

Job Summary:

The Industrial Clinic Nurse will be responsible for providing primary healthcare support, emergency medical assistance, and routine nursing care to employees working at the industrial site clinic. The role includes patient care, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health and safety activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the clinic site.

* Monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and oxygen level.

* Administer prescribed medications and injections as per doctor’s instructions.

* Maintain proper records of patients, treatment details, and medical reports.

* Handle dressing, wound care, and basic nursing procedures.

* Ensure availability and maintenance of medical equipment and emergency kits.

* Coordinate ambulance services and referrals in case of emergencies.

* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic area.

* Support occupational health check-ups and employee wellness activities.

* Follow all company safety protocols and medical compliance standards.

Requirements:

* GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.

* Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.

* Basic knowledge of emergency handling and industrial healthcare.

* Good communication and patient handling skills.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
