Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Convert customer inquiries into bookings or sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries and handle objections effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful closure.
- Maintain daily productivity and sales targets.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service support.
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
