Job Title: Senior 3D Visualizer – Interior, Exterior & Walkthroughs. 

Industry: Real Estate (Office Space Design). 

Location: HSR, Bangalore. 

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday). 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior 3D Visualizer with strong experience in 3D interior design visualization and 3D elevation & façade (exterior view) rendering for office spaces. The candidate should be highly proficient in 3ds Max and experienced in rendering using V-Ray or Corona. The role involves transforming 2D drawings and design concepts into high-quality, realistic interior and exterior visuals that support client presentations, approvals, and project execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

🔹 3D Interior Design Visualization. 

• Create detailed 3D interior models for offices space design. 
• Develop realistic interior layouts including furniture, lighting, finishes, and spatial detailing. 
• Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate interior 3D visuals. 

🔹 3D Elevations & Façade (Exterior Views). 

• Produce high-quality 3D elevation and façade visualizations for office space buildings or large buildings like Tech Park. 
• Apply accurate exterior materials, lighting, and environmental context. 
• Interpret architectural drawings into visually compelling exterior renders. 

🔹 Rendering & Realistic output. 

• Produce photorealistic renders using V-Ray or Corona. 
• Work on lighting, textures, materials, and camera composition. 
• Ensure renders align with design intent and material specifications. 

🔹 Walkthroughs & Animations. 

• Develop interior and exterior walkthrough animations for presentations. 
• Optimize scenes for smooth performance and visual storytelling. 

🔹 Material & Texture Application. 

• Apply correct materials for flooring, walls, ceilings, furniture, glass, metals, and fabrics. 
• Maintain accuracy as per corporate interior and exterior standards. 

🔹 Design Coordination. 

• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams. 
• Reflect revisions accurately in interior and exterior visuals. 

🔹 Client Presentation Support. 

• Prepare visuals for client presentations and approvals. 
• Implement revisions within timelines. 

🔹 Quality & Timelines. 

• Deliver high-quality visuals and walkthroughs within deadlines. 
• Maintain consistency across all interior and exterior outputs. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Proven experience in 3D interior and exterior visualization for office space designs. 
• Strong proficiency in: 
• 3ds Max (mandatory) 
• V-Ray or Corona Renderer 
• Experience in: 
• 3D interior design visualization 
• Elevation & façade (exterior) rendering 
• Walkthrough animation 
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, texturing, and camera composition.
