Job Description
Role Objective:To manage strategic client campaigns, ensure delivery excellence, drive team performance, and maintain quality standards across assigned high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management :
Oversee execution of assigned strategic campaigns
Ensure campaign goals and client expectations are met
Monitor daily delivery and performance metrics
Team Leadership:
Manage assigned team members across strategic campaigns
Ensure productivity, discipline, and target achievement
Provide daily guidance and support to team members
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular QA reviews of calls and interactions
Maintain quality standards across campaigns
Share feedback and coaching for improvement
SQL Validation & Sign-Off:
Review and validate Sales Qualified Leads
Ensure quality and accuracy before client submission
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Share campaign insights and improvement recommendations
Client Communication:
Act as point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
Support client meetings and performance discussions
Handle campaign-related escalations:
Training & Coaching:
Conduct process-specific training
Support nesting and onboarding
Coach team members for performance improvement
Qualification :
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BPO, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or Operations.
- At least 1 years in a Team Lead, Campaign Lead, or Operations supervisory role.
- Experience handling direct clients preferred.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is highly desirable.
