Job Description
Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and field activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and real estate agents.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to generate business
Source potential buyers and convert leads into site visits.
Achieve monthly sales and sourcing targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead closures.
Maintain daily reports of client interactions and site visits.
Keep the CRM updated with lead and follow-up details
Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good network of channel partners/brokers is preferred.
Ability to work on targets.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Graduate in any discipline.
