Position: Academic CounsellorJob SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable educational programs, career pathways, and skill development courses. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career opportunities, and course selections.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Explain course details, fee structure, career prospects, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain student databases and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate admission processes, documentation, and enrollment activities.
• Assist students in understanding academic requirements and career goals.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Provide post-admission support and address student concerns.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relations may apply.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
