• Handle delicate jewellery pieces carefully to avoid scratches or damage.
• Use appropriate adhesives and stone-setting tools as per production standards.
• Inspect every piece for missing, loose, or damaged stones before forwarding to the next process.
• Rework defective pieces whenever required.
• Meet daily production targets without compromising quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and tools.
