Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Tele calling Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads, engage decision-makers, and support business growth through outbound and inbound tele calling activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and experience interacting with business clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective business customers.
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update prospect information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and build customer interest.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor insights.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare reports on call outcomes, lead status, and campaign performance.
