Administrative Executive for School Job Description
Position: Administrative Executive
Location: Malakpet
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily school administrative operations.
Maintain student, staff, and school records accurately.
Handle admissions, registrations, and documentation.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management regarding school activities.
Prepare reports, letters, notices, and other official documents.
Manage phone calls, emails, and front-office communication.
Organize meetings, events, and appointments.
Maintain attendance records of students and staff.
Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies.
Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in administration (school experience preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently under pressure.
