Job Summary:

A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction or project site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. They coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Manage labor, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and operational challenges.
• Maintain site records, attendance, and documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and arrange material procurement as required.
• Train and guide site workers on safety and work procedures.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in construction, maintenance, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
