Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new dealers, fabricators, and institutional buyers in assigned territory
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain dealer relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets through new client acquisition
• Report daily/weekly visit and sales activity to management
• Coordinate with the plant/HO team for order execution and payment follow-up
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (steel, pipes, building materials, or related industry preferred)
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (willing to travel extensively within territory)
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus
• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp proficiency for reporting
• Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
Compensation:
• Fixed: ₹18,000/month basic
• Incentive: Performance-based, linked to new business development — potential up to ₹1,00,000/month
• Travel/conveyance allowance as applicable
Preferred Candidates: From steel, pipe, hardware, or building material distribution background, with existing dealer/fabricator network in UP or MP.
