Job SummaryThe Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the timely dispatch of goods while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing dispatch documentation, coordinating with warehouse and transport teams, tracking shipments, and maintaining dispatch records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily dispatch activities according to delivery schedules.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of goods.
• Verify product quantities, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement logs, and proof of delivery (POD) documentation.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
