The Job Description and Skillset required for the position is as below:


Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 0- 2 Years/ Prior Mortgage experience would be an added advantage

Basic responsibility: Telecalling

Skill Set Required:

·     Good communication skills- bilingual

·     Pleasant Voice

·     Proactive & Extrovert

·     Responsible

·     Adaptable

·     Good Listening skills

·     Willingness to address huge volume of calls, approximately 100 calls a day.
