Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for banking products and services.
  • Explain various banking offers, loans, accounts, or credit cards to potential clients.
  • Maintain a daily call log and update customer feedback in the system.
  • Meet daily calling targets and generate quality leads.


  • Important Terms & Working Hours:
  • Training & Stipend: There will be a mandatory 15-day training period, during which a stipend of ₹1,500 only will be paid.
  • Regular Salary: The regular monthly salary structure will applicable after the successful completion of the 15-day training.
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Day Shift).

  • Requirements:


  • Education: 10th pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi/Local language, confidence, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Traits: Strong convincing power and a polite attitude on calls.
