Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu, ensuring great taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Maintain Hygiene & Cleanliness: Follow proper food safety standards and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
  • Menu Planning: Help design and update the menu with creative and appealing dishes.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage daily kitchen operations, including coordinating with staff and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste and portion size for every dish served.
  • Time Management: Prepare food efficiently to meet customer demand without delays.
  • Team Supervision: Train and guide kitchen staff, if required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment.
