Job Summary:

Zooks is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse & Logistics Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, order processing, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination. The role requires ensuring smooth movement of products from production to customers while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain proper arrangement and organization of stock.

Ensure product availability and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

Monitor inward and outward stock movement.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

Track raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, and accessories.

Identify stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report timely.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Management

Coordinate with sales and production teams for order fulfillment.

Verify orders before dispatch to avoid errors.

Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure timely shipment.

Manage courier, transport, and delivery partners.

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

4. Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with courier companies, transporters, and logistics partners.

Negotiate and manage logistics costs where required.

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

Maintain records of courier and transport activities.

Handle local and outstation dispatch operations.

5. Packaging & Quality Control

Ensure proper packaging of products before shipment.

Check product quantity, quality, and labeling accuracy.

Ensure customer orders are dispatched without errors.

Manage packaging materials inventory.

6. Vendor & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, printing partners, and external vendors.

Follow up on pending deliveries and material requirements.

Maintain vendor performance records.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily warehouse reports:

Stock status

Dispatch report

Pending orders

Inventory movement

Logistics expenses

Maintain invoices, challans, courier slips, and shipment records.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Good knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.

Experience handling courier and transportation networks.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP systems).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines.

Preferred Background:

Experience in apparel, e-commerce, D2C brands, garment manufacturing, printing industry, or retail warehouse operations will be preferred.
