Role Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth pickup, storage, inventory management, and delivery activities while maintaining service quality, safety, and productivity standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse operations and manpower.
• Monitor pickup, storage, and delivery processes.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Track and resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure timely inward and outward material movement entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
