Job Description:-

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join the Customer Care Unit (CCU RL) for Mutual Fund operations. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries related to Mutual Fund products.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound customer calls related to Mutual Fund products in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer queries through email and chat support.
• Provide accurate information regarding Mutual Fund schemes, SIPs, NAVs, redemptions, transactions, and account-related services.
• Resolve customer concerns within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant banking and investment products, wherever applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduation is mandatory (Any Stream).
• Experience is preferred. Salary will be based on interview performance.
• Age: 20 to 30 years.
• Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• No education or employment gap exceeding 6 months.
• Salary:- Up to ₹4.50 LPA (CTC) for experienced candidates, based on interview performance.
• Working Days & Shift TimingsRotational day shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Shift duration: 9 hours (including breaks).
• 8 scattered weekly offs per month.
• Candidates should be flexible to work on Sundays and public holidays.
