Business Development Executive (BDE)

The Role-

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our expansion. Your primary goal will be to identify new B2B opportunities, establish wholesale partnerships, and scale our presence in both physical and digital marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities-

B2B Partnership Development: Identify, visit and partner with premium toy stores, gift shops, museum stores, and boutique retail outlets to stock Sakhyam products.

Institutional Outreach: Build relationships with preschools, cultural centers, and religious institutions (Temples/Ashrams) for bulk orders and educational collaborations.

Marketplace Growth: Oversee and optimize our presence on third-party platforms (Amazon, FirstCry, etc.) and identify new niche e-commerce channels.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase brand penetration. 

Events & Exhibitions: Represent Sakhyam at trade shows, literature festivals, and cultural events to network with distributors and end-consumers.

Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and long-term account management.
