Job Description

1. तंदूर शेफ (Tandoor Cook):

 तंदूरी रोटी, नान, कुल्चा, मिस्सी रोटी, लच्छा परांठा और तंदूरी परांठा बनाने में पूरी तरह निपुण होना चाहिए।

 तंदूर के तापमान को बनाए रखने और सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने की जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

 किचन की साफ-सफाई और खाने की गुणवत्ता का पूरा ध्यान रखना।

2. वेटर (Waiter):

 ग्राहकों का ऑर्डर लेना और उन्हें खाना अच्छे से सर्व करना।

 ग्राहकों के साथ व्यवहार कुशल और विनम्र (Customer dealing) होना चाहिए।

 रेस्टोरेंट की साफ-सफाई और टेबल मैनेजमेंट का ध्यान रखना।

3. किचन हेल्पर (Kitchen Helper):

 सब्जियों की कटिंग और खाना बनाने की तैयारी में मदद करना।

 किचन के बर्तनों और सामान की देख-रेख करना।

 किचन की सभी चीजों को व्यवस्थित रखना और शेफ की मदद करना।
