Job DescriptionPradeep Sales & Services is seeking a skilled and experienced ITI Technician to oversee and manage on-site operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the assembly, fitting, and welding of our industrial machinery, as well as ensuring the proper installation and functionality of their electrical components.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Supervision: Oversee the end-to-end assembly, alignment, and fitting of machinery at client sites.
• Welding & Fabrication: Supervise and ensure high-quality welding standards during the installation process.
• Electrical Integration: Manage the connection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components within the machinery.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all on-site activities comply with company standards, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site to ensure smooth project execution.
• Job Requirements & QualificationsEducation: ITI Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Welder, or Machinist).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role involving machinery assembly and electrical work.
• Travel: Must be fully willing and able to travel frequently for outstation on-site projects.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical fitting, industrial welding, and electrical circuitry. Excellent problem-solving and supervisory skills.
