Job Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel and company records.
• Required Minimum 35 wpm Typing speed
• Maintain customer, vendor, and project-related records.
• Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for data updates.
• Update and manage company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any errors.
• Support overall back-office operations.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• QualificationGraduate in any stream.
