Job Title: Operations & Billing CoordinatorJob OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and active team member to handle customer follow-ups and monitor daily machine status. If you have basic English communication skills and know how to use Microsoft Excel, this job is for you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Payment Follow-ups:
• 
  
• Call customers after their sales bills are generated.
• Politely ask for the payment status and find out when the payment will be made.
• Maintain a clear record of payment dates.
• Daily Morning Machine Report:
• 
  
• Check the status of all production machines every morning.
• Identify if any machine is facing a breakdown, has an issue, or is turned off.
• If a machine is down, find out exactly when it will start working again.
• Share this daily report with the management.
• Requirements & SkillsBasic English: Should be able to speak and write simple English for communication and reporting.
• Excel Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel to maintain daily reports and payment tracking sheets.
• Good Communication: Polite and clear phone manners for calling customers.
• Punctuality: Ability to take the machine reports daily in the morning without fail.
