Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine chemical analysis of electroplating process baths.
- Monitor and maintain plating bath parameters as per process requirements.
- Conduct titration and laboratory testing of plating, passivation, and pretreatment chemicals.
- Analyze and maintain chemical concentrations in zinc plating, silver plating, tin plating, and related process baths.
- Prepare chemical addition reports and maintain analysis records.
- Monitor wastewater treatment (ETP) chemical parameters as required.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure process stability and product quality.
- Investigate plating defects and provide corrective actions related to chemical processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis, titration, and laboratory practices preferred.
- Experience in electroplating, metal finishing, or surface treatment industry will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
