🤝 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

📝 Prepare and roll out offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities

🔍 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately

📊 Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions

💼 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

📣 Post job advertisements and promote vacancies on relevant platforms
