We are looking for a creative, technically strong, and detail-oriented Architect who can transform client requirements into innovative and practical design solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural DesignDevelop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Design Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use projects.
• Create space planning solutions as per client requirements and project feasibility.
• Project DevelopmentPrepare concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, Interior Designers, and Project Teams.
• Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, CGDCR/GDCR guidelines, and municipal requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
• Building Permission & ApprovalsPrepare drawings and documentation required for municipal approvals.
• Coordinate with approval authorities and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and development regulations.
• Site CoordinationConduct site visits and inspections.
• Resolve architectural and technical issues during project execution.
• Review construction progress and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
• Client ManagementUnderstand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Present design concepts, 3D views, and project proposals.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
