E-Commerce Manager

Position: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, and ensure seamless order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other online sales channels.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
• Process and track customer orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account, listing, and order-related issues.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve sales.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to improve the customer experience.
• Handle catalog updates, pricing revisions, and stock synchronization.
• Monitor seller ratings, customer reviews, and feedback to maintain account health.
• Support PPC campaigns and marketplace advertising activities to improve product visibility.
• Identify opportunities for business growth by researching competitors and market trends.

• Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Experience working with Seller Central, Seller Hub, or other marketplace portals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
• Preferred Experience:Managing multiple marketplace accounts.
• Working with inventory management or ERP software.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns, product SEO, and promotional planning.
• Experience in handling high-volume order processing and customer support coordination.
