Job Description
Candidates who are willing to work with kids of age group between 2-10yrs and open to learn skills related to basic gymnastics can apply.
Minimum criteria is to have atleast some sports related activities in their background.
Good Communication is required.
Self motivated, Enthusiastic, Ready to learn.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead epic quests by conducting classes following The Little Gym curriculum.
● Be the hero kids need by engaging them in a fun and nurturing manner.
● Converse fluently with parents in either the native tongue or English to share tales of their child’s progress
and the magic of our program.
● Prepare diligently for each adventure, sticking to the curriculum and ensuring a well-organised quest.
● Join forces with fellow adventurers and collaborate closely with the team.
● Rally the troops by calling or interacting with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress and
heroic milestones.
● Chronicle epic sagas of each child’s progress with Q3 assessments.
● Safeguard the treasure vault by documenting sales Allocation and Petty cash.
● Unite the fellow warriors to make basic calls to parents and unveil the mystery of child absenteeism.
All required training will be provided as part of the curriculum.
