Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining our products or services, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good listening and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
