## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, quality standards, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance while ensuring successful project completion.

**Candidates with hands-on experience in Layout Planning and Villa Development Projects are mandatory for this role.**

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects.

* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

* Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

* Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

* Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

* Manage project costs and optimize resource utilization.

* Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams for project-related deliverables.

* Oversee infrastructure development including roads, drainage, water supply, electrical networks, and landscaping.

* Ensure proper quality control and adherence to construction best practices.

* Prepare periodic project status reports for management.

* Labour management experience is important.

## Mandatory Requirements

### Layout Planning Experience (MUST)

* Proven experience in planning and execution of residential layouts/townships.

* Strong understanding of land development, infrastructure planning, zoning regulations, and approval processes.

* Experience in coordinating with surveyors, planners, architects, and government authorities for layout approvals.

### Villa Project Experience (MUST)

* Hands-on experience managing villa development projects from planning to handover.

* Thorough understanding of villa construction methodologies, quality standards, and project execution.

* Experience in managing multiple villas simultaneously within a gated community or township development.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

* Master's Degree in Construction Management or Project Management will be an added advantage.

* PMP certification is preferred.

## Experience

* 8–15 years of experience in real estate project management.

* Minimum 5 years of experience handling residential layout and villa projects.

* Experience with reputed real estate developers is highly preferred.
