Sales & Marketing Executive

Company: SBII – Shilpa Bagdi Investments & Insurance (Represented by The Impact Engine)

Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Relationship Executive who can manage client communication and actively contribute to sales for investment and insurance products. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions
  • Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain client records and coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented approach with a sales-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of investment and insurance products is an added advantage

Additional Details

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview performance)
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Probation Salary: ₹22,000 per month
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
  • Work Mode: In-office
  • Job Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
