Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
  • Prepare customized tour packages and quotations.
  • Coordinate hotel, flight, transfer, and sightseeing bookings.
  • Manage client communication before, during, and after travel.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth tour operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
  • Experience in handling Domestic & International Tour Packages.
  • Knowledge of B2B travel portals (TBO, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to manage both Sales and Operations independently.
