Civil Construction Billing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Billing Engineer for our project in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in client and subcontractor billing, reinforcement steel BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), budget preparation, and site planning. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Billing: Prepare accurate and timely bills for clients based on the work completed, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Sub-Contractor Billing: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper billing for subcontracted work.
• Reinforcement Steel BBS: Prepare reinforcement steel Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for various construction projects.
• Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial limits.
• Site Planning: Collaborate with the site team to plan the project activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of billing, site activities, and budgets for project tracking and audits.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all billing and site planning processes are on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. (B.E./B.Tech, Diploma In Civil Engineering)
• Proven experience in billing, budgeting, and site planning for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement steel BBS and related tools.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office, AutoCad, MSP.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in construction projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
