Job PurposeThe Social Media Specialist is responsible for building the Balmitra Kids Zone brand across digital platforms by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, increasing brand awareness, generating customer and franchise leads, and supporting online sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Create and publish daily posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Prepare and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • 2. Content CreationDesign creative posters, banners and promotional graphics.
  • Create engaging reels and short videos for products and offers.
  • Write attractive captions, hashtags and call-to-action content.
  • Capture product photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
  • 3. Digital MarketingPlan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
  • Generate leads for customers and franchise enquiries.
  • Promote new product launches, festivals, offers and events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
  • 4. Community ManagementRespond to comments, messages and customer enquiries promptly.
  • Maintain positive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the telesales and customer support teams for lead follow-up.
  • 5. Brand PromotionIncrease followers and engagement organically.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators when required.
  • Promote customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Maintain the company's online reputation.
  • 6. Performance AnalysisTrack page reach, engagement, followers and lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics and market trends.
  • Daily ResponsibilitiesPublish 2–3 social media posts.
  • Upload at least 1 reel or short video.
  • Reply to all customer comments and messages.
  • Update product offers and promotional creatives.
  • Monitor page performance and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.

  • Strong communication and creative thinking.
  • QualificationGraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Creative freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
