Job Description

  • Help plan vehicle routes and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely dispatch
  • Track shipments and vehicle movements
  • Update delivery status in systems or spreadsheets
  • Maintain transport records (invoices, delivery notes, permits)
  • Act as a point of contact between drivers, warehouses, and customers
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery status
  • Report delays, breakdowns, or route issues
  • Assist in resolving operational problems
  • Update logistics software or Excel sheets
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports
  • Basic knowledge of logistics/transport operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate
  • Problem-solving mindset
