Purchase Executive

Job

• ResponsibilitiesProcure raw materials and components required for AHU manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Float RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Stores to meet production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages.
• Verify supplier invoices and maintain purchase records.
• Identify and develop new suppliers for cost optimization.

Required Skills

• Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, AHU, FCU, or sheet metal manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GI sheets, coils, fans, motors, filters, insulation, copper tubes, electrical components, and HVAC accessories.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

• CandidateExperience in AHU/HVAC manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GST documentation and procurement processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
