Job Description

Hanux Learning Private Limited is hiring a Senior HR Executive for our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and experience in handling hiring and employee management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and other company roles.

Post jobs on different job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management.

Manage onboarding formalities for new employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documents.

Coordinate with employees for daily HR-related requirements.

Support salary, incentive, and performance-related documentation.

Maintain discipline, follow-up, and proper communication within the team.

Assist management in HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Basic understanding of HR documentation, attendance, and employee records.

Must be confident, responsible, and organized.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.

Ability to handle employees professionally.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate or Post Graduate candidates can apply.

Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience required.

Candidate must be comfortable working from office.

Candidate should be available for day shift.
