Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Industry: Real Estate (Freehold Plots & Property Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling team performance, and developing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Generate business opportunities through various sales channels and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, bookings, and closures.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in team handling and managerial responsibilities.
- Experience in freehold plots, residential projects, land sales, or property investment sales will be preferred.
