Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client interactions, and meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge in convincing in sales
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- QualificationBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Experience in sectors such as Telecom, FMCG, BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Consumer Durables is an added advantage.
