Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable business results.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging content and effective campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
• Improve conversion rates through continuous A/B testing and optimization.
• Track leads, conversions, ROAS, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
• Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
• Advanced understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
