Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Opening the office punctually by 10:30 AM every day
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the office — floors, desks, washrooms, and common areas
  • Regular upkeep and basic maintenance of the office premises
  • Running errands — bank, courier, photocopying, etc.
  • Receiving and distributing mail/packages
  • Managing office supplies and informing when stock is low
  • Assisting staff with basic tasks as needed
  • Setting up meeting rooms before meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th pass (SSC)
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Punctual, honest, and presentable
  • Basic understanding of Hindi and/or Marathi; English a plus
  • Lives locally or can commute easily
