Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to promote and sell residential rooftop solar solutions. The role involves converting leads, conducting site visits, counseling customers on solar benefits, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert residential solar leads (homeowners, villas, housing societies)
• Educate customers on rooftop solar solutions, government subsidies, financial savings, and ROI
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and customer requirements
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations
• Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure timely deal closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and project execution
• Assist in agreement signing and collect advance payments
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports and update CRM systems
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets (kW-based)

🎯 Skills Preference

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain technical and financial concepts to non-technical customers
• Knowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries) or willingness to learn
• Lead generation and client acquisition experience (B2C/B2B)
• Customer relationship management and consultative selling
• Field readiness: willingness to travel locally, bike + smartphone preferred
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently under targets

📚 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales (solar, real estate, or related sectors is an advantage
