Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Indore. The Telesales Executive will engage in day-to-day activities like identifying and generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities also include promoting services, closing sales through effective communication, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires collaborative efforts with the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey service value
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address inquiries and maintain satisfaction
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve business growth and targets
• Ability to adapt to various client situations with a customer-first mindset
• Good organizational and multitasking skills for managing leads and sales processes
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or any customer-facing sales role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is desirable
