Job Description
Telecaller – Marvel Lasers
Marvel Lasers is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle customer calls and support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing customers to explain Marvel Lasers products and services.
- Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested customers.
- Record call details and customer information accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and inquiries.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.
