Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities

* Approach and engage customers visiting the petrol pump.

* Explain features, benefits, and coverage details of insurance products.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

* Generate leads and convert prospects into policyholders.

* Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

* Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the insurance company and branch team for policy issuance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Display promotional materials and maintain the sales kiosk/counter.

### Required Qualifications

* Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

* Fresher and experience both can apply

### Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to convince and influence customers.

* Basic knowledge of insurance products (training can be provided).

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
