📢 *WE'RE HIRING – TELECALLER* 

Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Clinic


 *Position* : Telecaller (Full-time / Part-time)


📍 *Preferred Location* : Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

🏠 *Remote Work* : Available for the right candidate


 *Requirements* 


✅ Prior experience in a clinic or hospital (Orthopaedic clinic experience preferred)

✅ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is an added advantage)

✅ Experience in handling patient calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups

✅ Polite, organized, and patient-friendly approach

✅ Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge


 *Key Responsibilities* 


• Answer patient enquiries and schedule appointments

• Follow up with existing and prospective patients

• Coordinate with the clinic team

• Maintain appointment records accurately


⭐ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Orthopaedic clinics.
