Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from IndiaMART and other online platforms.
  • Call all assigned inquiries promptly and understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
  • Generate new B2B business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research.
  • Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Purchase, and Marketing departments of companies.
  • Maintain daily records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
