Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD modeling expertise, engineering analysis skills, and experience working with manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality product development.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and products based on project requirements.
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD software.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and material selection.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on testing and feedback.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting design and manufacturing issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Creo.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, casting, welding, and injection molding.
• Familiarity with engineering calculations and FEA principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication

• Preferred QualificationsExperience with PLM/PDM systems.
• Knowledge of FEA tools such as ANSYS.
• Experience in product validation and testing.
