Job Title: Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and active Field Executive to support daily field operations, customer visits, lead follow-ups, document collection, and coordination with the office team. The candidate should be punctual, well-spoken, and able to travel within the assigned location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit customers as per assigned leads and appointments.
• Explain company services clearly to customers.
• Collect required customer details and documents as per company process.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update work status on time.
• Support customer verification and service-related field activities.
• Ensure professional behavior while meeting customers.
• Follow company guidelines, attendance rules, and reporting process.
• Handle customer queries politely and share correct information.
• Maintain good communication with team leaders and office staff.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Customer handling skills.
• Time management and discipline.
• Basic understanding of Kannada, Hindi, or English is preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
