Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Explain the menu, buffet offerings, and ongoing promotions to guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining Barbeque Nation service standards.
- Assist guests with grill operations and address their requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to supervisors when required.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
- Support billing and payment processes as required.
- Work as a team player to achieve guest satisfaction and restaurant service goals.
